January 16, 2010 To Everyone, I can't begin to thank you for the recent experience I had with your business. From the kind gentleman who towed my car to you, to Judy and everyone who was very pleasant while I waited for my boyfriend to pick me up (and staying open past 5:00 so I could wait where it was warm), to an absoutely effortless pick-up today. You all have made me rethink how auto repair businesses treat people. The car - how can I put this - looks BETTER than it did even before the accident. If a car could look happier, mine certainly does. If I ever need work done on my car again, I will come to you guys. It may be a bit of a haul from Cleveland, but in my opinion, Perfect Choice Auto Collision, Inc is the place I would choose to go. |
